Restorations

Crown and Bridge Restorations
Aesthetic and functional qualities of the highest order can be expected of our leading-edge restorations. Our products range from all Procera restorations, Dental Implant Systems from all major companies to conventional crown and bridge restorations.

At The Dental Studio we take pride in supplying high quality prosthesis to private clients in a very personalised service to all areas of Ireland and the U.K. by daily delivery.

All Ceramic Restorations
The Dental Studio have been producing cad/cam designed Procera alumina and zirconia restorations for three years with over 1000 restorations scanned in the laboratory. We are also a 3mEspe accredited laboratory enabling us to produce much longer span bridges in zirconia. The aesthetic result we can produce with these all ceramic substructures is superb.

Implant Technology

We have leading our implant team Mr. David Mc.Gookin who along with Craig Totten have experience in most implant systems in use today, particularly Nobel biocare, ANKYLOS / Frialit, Staumann, and 3i.

Our technicians are regularly upgrading their knowledge and experience by attending courses to continue building our reputation as the leading implant laboratory in Ireland.

We endeavour to work closely with our clients to plan for the best possible result for your patients.

Vacuum Forming

This area of the laboratory has become very important in recent years from the early days of only producing Sports Guards to now using these techniques for planning implants or complex bridges, surgical guides to tooth whitening trays, anti snoring devises or templates for temporary bridges or crowns.

Patient Diagnostics

Patient diagnostic planning in the laboratory has become one of the most important areas for our technicians. We plan carefully with our clients for a predictable, functional and controlled final outcome, so that surgery time is used to the best , most economic and caring way.

Helping the patients comfort and confidence, that all care has been taken to deliver as much of the patients aesthetic expectation as is possible.

We attend regular meetings , seminars and courses to continue developing these skills.

A Guide to our Classification of Work

Executive
This is our 3D CAD/CAM design area. This includes implants, Procera alumina crowns or Lava zirconia crowns / bridges and high gold content crowns / bridges using the leading edge ‘Creation’ porcelain developed by Willi Geller and we believe to be the best porcelain available in the market today, providing you and your patient with the best possible choice of new technologies products and techniques. We have leading technicians experienced in all implant systems, including cad/cam designed surgical guides.

Private Design
For our Private work we use only porcelains, in conjunction with Palladium metal alloys.

Our promise to you is to provide your patient with a Crown of the highest aesthetic value. These ‘opalescent’ restorations utilise a sophisticated layered build up technique and have a highly refined colour, texture and shape.

Independent Design
A vital crown of basic shape and shade with a more refined finish than an N.H.S. Crown. We use Alpha & Omega porcelains for these units. A straight forward way of providing you and your patient a little bit extra for the quality versus price balance . Both you and your patient will benefit from the excellent restoration provided by this product.
